Head to our enrolment page and choose the program that suits your family best. Our Standard Tutoring Program connects your child with high-achieving university students and graduates, while our Premium Tutoring Program provides access to registered, qualified teachers for deeper academic support.

Complete Your Onboarding Call

Once we have received your enrolment, our team will contact you directly to discuss your child's year level, subject needs, learning style and academic goals. There is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach here at ThriveTutors, instead we focus on creating personalised plans for each individual student.

We Match You With the Right Tutor

Our team then personally matches your child with the right tutor based on their year level, subject needs, and learning style. You do not need to browse or search, we take care of the matching process and introduce you to your tutor before lessons begin. If for any reason the match is not quite right, we will always work with you to find a better fit.

Book Your Recurring Weekly Sessions

Lessons are scheduled as a recurring weekly slot that fits around your family's routine. Simply let us know your ideal day & time, and we schedule your lessons. Payments are processed automatically 24 hours before each lesson, so there is nothing to think about. Once your slot is locked in, your child is ready to start learning.

Everything you need, all in one place

Our lessons take place entirely within the ThriveTutors online platform, no need for additional downloads or apps.

FACE TO FACE LEARNING

Your child connects with their tutor live via video, creating a real classroom feel. Tutors maintain the same level of engagement and personal connection as in person.

SCREEN SHARING

Students and tutors can share their screens in real time, making it easy to work through assignments, open textbooks, review class notes or look at specific questions together.

INTERACTIVE WHITEBOARD

The interactive whiteboard lets tutors and students write, draw and solve equations together in real time. Perfect for problem solving and working through examples step by step

RESOURCE SHARING

Tutors and students can upload and share curriculum aligned resources, worksheets and study materials directly through the platform during the lesson.

Warm Up & Check In

The tutor begins by checking in with your child, reviewing what was covered last session and any homework that was set. This ensures continuity and helps identify any gaps before moving forward.

Focus on Today's Topic

The tutor works through the key concept or skill for the session, whether that's a current class topic, an upcoming assessment, or an area your child has been finding tricky.

Practice & Application

Your child works through examples and practice questions with the tutor's guidance, using the interactive whiteboard or shared resources. The tutor adjusts the pace and difficulty based on how your child is responding.

Wrap Up & Next Steps

The session closes with a summary of what was covered, any homework or extension tasks to complete before next time, and a note on what the next session will focus on.
